In a very special place called Nazareth, lived our celestial brother named Jesus. Jesus was a kind child, full of wisdom and love. His parents, Mary and Joseph, took care of him with great affection and taught him about God and His love for all.

One day, when Jesus was twelve years old, Mary and Joseph took him to Jerusalem to celebrate the feast of Passover, as was their custom. It was a long journey from Nazareth, but Jesus was excited to visit the Temple of Jerusalem for the first time.

When they arrived in Jerusalem, Jesus was amazed by the beauty of the Temple. The grand columns, the beautiful gates, and the majesty of the place filled him with wonder. He was eager to learn more about faith and to worship God in that sacred place.

After celebrating the Passover, Mary and Joseph began their journey back to Nazareth along with a group of relatives and friends. They thought Jesus was with them, but in reality, Jesus had stayed in the Temple without their knowledge.

For three days, Jesus sat among the teachers of the Temple, listening to their teachings and asking questions. The teachers were impressed by Jesus's wisdom, and everyone who listened to him marveled at his understanding.

Mary and Joseph, realizing that Jesus was not with them, returned to Jerusalem with their hearts filled with worry. They searched the city until they finally found Jesus in the Temple. Mary said to him, "Son, why have you treated us so? Behold, your father and I have been searching for you in great distress."

Jesus replied to them with love and calm, "Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be about my Father's business?" Jesus knew that he had come to Earth to do God's will and to teach about the love and kingdom of God.

Mary and Joseph, though worried, understood the importance of Jesus's mission and took him back to Nazareth. Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and continued to be a loving and obedient child.
