36 Jesus Blesses the Children (Matthew 19)

Once upon a time, there was a sunny day in a small village where many families lived. In that village, people knew that Jesus, a kind and loving man, was nearby. They had heard about him and his teachings about love and kindness.

One day, some mothers brought their children to where Jesus was. They wanted Jesus to meet them and give them his blessing. The children were excited and curious to meet this man they had heard about.

When Jesus saw the children, a warm smile spread across his face. He opened his arms and called them to come closer. The children ran to Jesus, laughing and happy. Some were little babies in their mothers' arms, while others were slightly older children.

Jesus stroked their hair, welcomed them, and spoke to them with love. He said, "Let the little children come to me, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." The mothers were happy that Jesus loved their children and blessed them.

Then, Jesus took each child in his arms and blessed them. He spoke words of love and hope to them. He told them that they were special and that God loved them deeply. The children felt cherished and special in that moment.

The mothers were grateful and moved by Jesus' kindness toward their children. They knew that Jesus had given them his blessing, and that it would be a precious gift for life.

After that beautiful encounter, the children ran back to their mothers, with radiant smiles on their faces. The mothers and children left with hearts full of joy and gratitude for Jesus' love and blessing.
